Q: Does Rust Remover Plus™ work?

Q: How many square feet will a five gallon pail of Rust Remover Plus™ cover?

A: A one gallon jug of Rust Remover Plus™ will cover approximately 150 to 200 square feet when used straight. Factors such as outside air temperature, rust stain severity, and surface quality can affect the coverage range. Dilution ratios can be determined by performing a small test cleaning in an inconspicuous area.

Q: How does it work?

A: Just spray it onto a dry surface with a pump up garden or chemical sprayer and watch the rust stains disappear. After a a 5 to 10 minute dwell time, you can pressure wash the area with a 40 degree tip. Rust Remover Plus™ will brighten the concrete as it dries.

Q: Is it sold in a variety of sizes?

A: Rust Remover Plus™ is sold in 16 oz. samples1 gallon jugs or 5 gallon pails.

Q: Can you ship Rust Remover Plus to Canada?

A: Yes, except the 16 oz. sample size.

Q: Does it work on battery acid?

A: We have tested Rust Remover Plus™ on battery acid with successful results.

Q: Does it work on efflorescence?

A: No

Q: Does it work on Fertilizer stains?

A: Definitely.

Q: What surfaces are safe to clean with Rust Remover Plus?

A: It quickly removes rust and rust stains from concrete, pavers, stone, brick, siding, awnings, painted, steel, brass, copper, wooden and ceramic surfaces.

Q: Can it be diluted?

A: Can be applied directly, or diluted with water up to a 1:5 mixture. The exact dilution ratio will depend on the severity of the rust stain.
