Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, all warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

The warranty period begins on the date the shipment is confirmed delivered by the carrier, including UPS, FedEx, freight carrier, or other delivery service. The warranty period does not begin on the date the product is first opened, installed, or placed into service.

Proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier shall be considered the official delivery date for determining warranty coverage and inspection timeframes.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or products believed to have manufacturing defects should be reported to PowerWash.com promptly after delivery.

Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer:

  • Commercial use: 30-day limited warranty from confirmed delivery.
  • Residential or consumer use: 90-day limited warranty from confirmed delivery.

Some manufacturers provide longer warranty periods. Where applicable, the manufacturer’s written warranty supersedes these default warranty periods.

Any parts replaced under warranty assume the remainder of the original warranty period.

Repairs must be pre-authorized by PowerWash.com or the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts under normal use. In no event shall the manufacturer or PowerWash.com be liable for incidental, consequential, or labor damages resulting from a product defect or breach of warranty.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been subjected to accident, negligence, abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

If a warranty issue arises, immediately contact PowerWash.com. Returned products or parts must not be shipped until a Return Material Authorization has been issued. A dated proof of purchase and the product serial number, when applicable, are required for all warranty claims.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If a shipment arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, contains missing parts, contains incorrect merchandise, or appears to contain used or defective merchandise, PowerWash.com must be notified within five calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the following:

  • The shipping carton
  • The shipping label
  • Packaging materials
  • The product
  • Any visible damage

Failure to report shipping damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise, or product condition issues within this inspection period may limit our ability to investigate the claim with the shipping carrier, manufacturer, or warehouse and may result in denial of the claim.

Storing a product unopened does not extend, suspend, or restart the warranty period or the inspection period.
