DESCRIPTION:
A powdered alkaline and pine oil degreaser for cleaning Vent-A-Hoods, Flues, Filters and Kitchen Equipment. Also an excellent pressure sprayer cleaner for removal of heavy concentrations of grease from equipment and concrete.
DIRECTIONS
Manual Cleaning: Mix a concentrated solution of approximately 8 oz. of V-501 per gallon of water. Soak Tank: Mix a soak tank solution of approximately 2 oz. of V-501 per gallon of water. Down Stream Injection: Mix a concentrated solution of approximately 8 oz. of V-501 per gallon of water, then meter into the washer at 100 to 1. The above dilutions will vary depending upon grease, soil, ferrous and non-ferrous metal concentrations and exposures. V-501 is not for use on copper hoods. Finish with SSP-800 Quick Shine Stainless Steel Polish. Asian restaurant cleaners may want to use OD-100 Asian Hood Cleaner.
