30-Day Return Window (Unused Items)
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Simple Return Process

Restocking Fee
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and usage factors, the following items cannot be returned:
– Pressure washers (covered under warranty only)

– Custom or special-order equipment
