Recently, I have seen excellent side by side flatwork pictures that have really caught my attention, and would surely get the attention of a potential customer.

For example, it is possible to go to a location and notice something on the property that might not allow you to produce great results, or possibly put the blame on you or your workers for damages. Taking thorough pictures of the property before you begin your work  and after you have completed ensures that you will not be blamed if something happens after you have left.
