With a new interior design for more efficient flow & operation and a more fatigue-resistant spring with powder paint to resist rusting, this 4500 PSI Unloader Valve is a great choice. Other NEW! features of this VRT3 Series of Unloader Valves include:
- Vibration resistant dual locking nuts for setting maximum pressures
- Larger diameter piston for more strength and contact area for shifting alignment
- Discharge nipple sealing o-ring has been moved to the lower part of the thread to increase hydro strength and fitting strength
- Shutter valve hex design means less contact area for smooth shifting (prevents binding), larger size for longer life more positive shifting
Other features include:
- Built-In easy start valve relieves back pressure during engine start up
- Over sized handle for easier adjustment
- Forged valve body for excellent strength
- Two inlet ports
- Two by-pass ports
- Ultra thick inlet and discharge ports for added strength
- Color coded springs and caps for easy valve identification
