1. Prices are Subject to Change

All prices listed on PowerWash.com are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide accurate and current pricing, changes in costs or supplier pricing may require updates.

2. Pricing Errors and Notification

In the event that an incorrect price is listed, PowerWash.com reserves the right to correct the pricing error. If an order has been placed with an incorrect price, we will contact the purchaser prior to shipping the product to notify them of the price discrepancy. No products will be shipped until pricing has been confirmed with the customer.

3. Customer Options in Case of Price Changes

If the corrected price is higher than the listed price, the customer will be given the option to either:

• Proceed with the purchase at the correct price, or
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Full Refunds for Unshipped Items

Customers who decide to cancel an order due to a price increase will be entitled to a full refund, provided the product has not yet been shipped. If the product has already shipped, the PowerWash.com Return and Refund Policy will apply.

5. Refund Process

Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable for any reason, a store credit will be provided. Refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method used.
